Siempre Tequila Reposado

Siempre Tequila is produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila, NOM 1438, in the Jalisco highlands, where the blue Weber agave has a brighter, more herbaceous and fruit-forward character than the earthier lowland valleys. Mature highland agave is cooked in brick ovens and double distilled in pot stills. The Reposado rests in American oak barrels for a minimum of six months, adding vanilla and caramel. Siempre is made in limited batches and is open about its sourcing and process. It is served neat or on the rocks.
