This expression uses 100 percent Weber Blue agave sourced from the Jalisco Highlands, a region known for producing agave with higher sugar content and sweeter, fruitier characteristics compared to lowland varieties. What distinguishes El Cielo from standard Patrón Silver is its unique quadruple distillation process. The liquid undergoes two distillations in traditional copper pot stills followed by two additional distillations in a custom-designed column and pot still hybrid.
