Adictivo Tequila Extra Anejo

Adictivo Tequila Extra Añejo is produced at Destilería Santa Lucia in Jalisco, Mexico. It is made from 100 percent blue Weber agave from the Jalisco highlands, where elevation and mineral-rich red clay soils give agaves with high sugar content. After distillation in copper pot stills it is aged a minimum of three years in French oak barrels, which gives a tannic structure and dried fruit and baking spice rather than the caramel and vanilla of bourbon barrel aging. It is bottled at 40 percent ABV and is deep amber in colour. It is served neat.
