Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every bottle. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

In-Store Purchases

We accept returns on unopened products in original condition with a receipt within [30] days of purchase. Bring the item and your receipt to the store and we will exchange it or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Defective or Spoiled Product

If a wine is corked, oxidised, or otherwise faulty, we will exchange it or refund it. Please return the bottle with the majority of the wine still in it so we can assess and process the return with our supplier. Receipt required.

What We Cannot Accept Back

  • Opened products, other than those returned as defective
  • Products without a receipt
  • Products returned after [30] days
  • Items that have been damaged after purchase (broken seals, damaged labels caused by the customer)

Delivery Orders (Uber Eats & DoorDash)

Orders placed through Uber Eats or DoorDash are subject to those platforms' own refund and dispute policies. If there is an issue with a delivery order, please contact the platform directly through the app. For significant concerns, you are also welcome to call or visit us and we will do our best to help.

Age Verification

All purchases of alcohol require the buyer to be 19 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested at point of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service.
