Vermouth
Aromatized, fortified wine, and the most important bottle your home bar probably is not treating properly. Dry vermouth makes the Martini, sweet vermouth makes the Negroni and the Manhattan, and a good one is a joy chilled on its own with a twist. We stock the classic French and Italian houses alongside a few characterful local BC bottlings. One tip: keep it in the fridge once opened, because it is wine and it will fade. Drink it fresh.
