Pale Ale
The everyday hop fix, and the style that arguably started the whole craft revolution. More balanced and easygoing than an IPA, with enough malt to keep the bitterness in check and enough hop character to stay interesting. It is the all-rounder of the fridge: low enough to enjoy a few, food-friendly enough for almost anything off the grill. When you cannot decide, this is the safe and very good bet.
