Tullamore Dew Xo Rum Finish

Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is an Irish blended whiskey produced at the Tullamore Distillery in County Offaly, Ireland. The distillery was rebuilt and reopened in 2014. It makes a triple-blend style combining pot still whiskey, grain whiskey and malt whiskey.

This expression is finished in rum casks from the Caribbean, which soften the grain character and add tropical and molasses notes. It is a whiskey, not a rum. It is served neat or over a single large ice cube.
