Suntory launched Hibiki in 1989 to mark the company's 90th anniversary. Suntory dates from 1899, when Shinjiro Torii opened his shop in Osaka.
Japanese Harmony blends malt whisky from Suntory's Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries with grain whisky from Chita, aged in five types of cask, including American white oak, sherry and Mizunara Japanese oak. The bottle's 24 facets stand for the 24 seasons of Japan's traditional calendar.
