Stillhead Distillery is in Duncan, British Columbia, on Vancouver Island, making small batches. Its London Dry Gin follows the rules of the style. All botanicals are added during distillation, and no artificial flavours or colours are used. Juniper leads, supported by traditional European botanicals. It is used in a Martini, a Negroni and a gin and tonic.
