St. Feuillien Quadruple is a Belgian abbey ale, not a lager, brewed by a family brewery in Le Roeulx with roots going back centuries. It is dark, rich, and warming at around 11 percent, with dried fruit and a deep malt sweetness that finishes drier than you expect. Grab this when you want something slow to drink, ideally with food or after dinner. Worth every cent at this price.
