Sons of Vancouver Distillery is in North Vancouver, British Columbia, making small-batch spirits. Its Quadruple Sec is a step above the triple sec category, with a higher concentration of orange character.
It uses real orange peel and is distilled, unlike most triple sec made from neutral spirit and artificial flavouring. This is a 750 ml bottle. It is used in place of Cointreau in a Margarita, Cosmopolitan or Sidecar, and served over ice. It has candied orange and citrus oil complexity.
