Sons of Vancouver Distillery is a craft producer in North Vancouver, British Columbia, making small-batch spirits. Amaretto No. 82 follows the Italian amaretto tradition, an almond-forward liqueur. It is made with bitter almond and apricot kernel as the core flavouring agents, giving a bittersweet profile.
It balances roasted nuttiness against restrained sweetness. This is a 750 ml bottle. It is served as a digestif neat or over a single large ice cube, and used in an Amaretto Sour.
