Sipsmith - Gin

Sipsmith was founded in London in 2009 by Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy, becoming the first copper pot distillery to open in the city in nearly 200 years.

The distillery operates small batch copper pot stills, including their beloved original still named Prudence, crafting gin with a focus on traditional methods and quality ingredients.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin is built on a classic botanical bill featuring juniper at the forefront, supported by coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, ground almond, cassia bark, cinnamon, orange peel, and lemon peel.

The result is a quintessential London Dry style with bold juniper character balanced by citrus brightness and subtle spice complexity. It works well in cocktails such as a classic G&T or Martini, and can also be served neat or over ice.

Sipsmith helped spark the modern craft gin movement and remains a benchmark for well-executed traditional London Dry gin.
