Siempre Tequila Reposado

Siempre Tequila is produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila (NOM 1438) in the Jalisco highlands, a region known for yielding blue Weber agave with brighter, more herbaceous and fruit-forward character compared to the earthier lowland valleys.

The distillery works with mature highland agave, cooking the pinas in traditional brick ovens before double distillation in pot stills, a process that preserves more of the agave's natural complexity than column distillation alone.

The Reposado rests in American oak barrels for a minimum of six months, which is on the longer end for the category and contributes noticeable vanilla and caramel integration without overwhelming the base spirit.

Siempre has built a reputation among bartenders and collectors partly through limited batch production and partly through genuine transparency about their sourcing and process.
