Sheringham Distillery is a small-batch craft producer on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, founded by Jason and Alayne MacIsaac in Saanichton and later operating out of Sooke. The Coffee Liqueur is made with real coffee rather than artificial flavouring, from roasted beans, giving an espresso-forward character.
The sweetness is balanced with the natural bitterness of coffee. It is used in a White Russian or Espresso Martini, and served over ice as a digestif or with dessert.
