Sea Cider - Kings & Spies

Sea Cider is a well-regarded cidery out of Saanich on Vancouver Island, and Kings and Spies is one of their better bottles. It blends bittersweet heritage apples into something dry, tannic, and genuinely complex without being fussy about it. It sits alongside wine as a dinner table option. Most ciders are made sweet. This one is not.
