Salt Spring Wild - Dry Apple

Salt Spring Wild is a dry apple lager from Salt Spring Island Ales in BC. It's fermented with wild cider apples alongside the base lager, landing somewhere between a crisp beer and a bone-dry cider without fully committing to either. Clean, tart finish with very little sweetness. Grab it when you want something lighter and a bit different for a patio afternoon.
