Salt Spring Wild Cider - Elderberry

Dry cider from Salt Spring Island, made with foraged wild elderberries. It has that tart, floral edge you get from elderflower, but darker and a bit earthier. Not sweet. This is for someone who finds most ciders too sugary and wants something that actually tastes like fruit grown somewhere specific. Good on its own or with soft cheese. At twenty dollars it sits at the serious end of BC cider.
