Saigon Baigur Gin

Saigon Baigur Gin is produced in Vietnam. It is a contemporary style gin with a botanical bill based on Vietnamese flavours. The signature botanicals include Vietnamese lotus flower, dragon eye fruit , longan,, black and white pepper from Phu Quoc Island and citrus. The distillery sources local botanicals.

Saigon Baigur translates roughly as crazy Saigon. Different botanicals are macerated or vapour infused to keep their character. It combines a juniper backbone with Asian botanicals. It is used in a gin and tonic or a French 75, and with tonic waters with citrus or lemongrass notes.
