Rumchata Cream

RumChata is produced by Agave Loco Brands in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, and has been on the market since 2009. The liqueur is built on a base of Caribbean rum blended with real dairy cream, along with cinnamon, vanilla, and a proprietary mix of spices that draws loose inspiration from the Mexican rice-based drink horchata.

75 percent alcohol by volume, which is relatively light for a cream liqueur, and the producers use a homogenization process that keeps the cream stable without refrigeration until opened.
