Rum Fire - Jamaican Rum

Rum Fire is a white overproof Jamaican rum from Hampden Estate in Trelawny, bottled at 63% ABV. It is unaged and carries the Jamaican Rum geographical indication. Its US importer, Skurnik, says it is distilled in 5,000-litre copper pot stills from molasses, fermented sugarcane juice skimmings, dunder and muck, with no added sugar or other additives. Sugar production on the estate dates back to 1753.
