Roero Arneis - Cornarea

Piedmontese white from the Roero, the sandy-soiled counterpart to Barolo country across the Tanaro. Arneis has the body to sit beside a whole branzino or a plate of vitello tonnato without disappearing, and enough acidity to cut through the tuna sauce cleanly.
