Rochefort 8 is a Trappist dubbel from a Belgian monastery, not a lager, so grab it when you want something with real depth. Dark fruit, chocolate, and a dry finish that holds together at 9.2%. The monks have been brewing this for centuries and it shows. At $8.19 a bottle, it is one of the better deals in the store for what you are actually getting.
