Czech-style pilsner from Powell Street Brewery out of East Vancouver. Brewed to follow the Bohemian template, which means soft water, Saaz hops, and a cleaner, rounder bitterness than a German pils. It drinks drier and more herbal than most domestic lagers. Good option if you want something sessionable that actually tastes like something. Works any night of the week.
