Persephone Cider Works - Dry Hopped Cider Single

Dry hopped cider from Persephone, a Gibsons, BC producer. The hops don't bitter it up, they just add a floral, slightly resinous edge that keeps it from tasting like juice. Crisper and drier than most ciders on the shelf. Good call if you want something refreshing but not sweet, or if you're handing one to someone who normally drinks IPAs.
