Orval

Orval is a Trappist ale from Belgium, not a lager, brewed by monks at the Abbey of Orval since 1931. It ferments dry with wild Brettanomyces, giving it a funky, earthy, slightly sour character that sets it apart from anything else on the shelf. At $7.16 it is one of the better deals in the store. Grab it if you want something genuinely different that rewards a little patience in the glass.
