Olmeca - Altos Plata

Olmeca Altos is made in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, where cooler temperatures and red clay soil give agave with a sweet, herbal character. The Plata is the unaged blanco, distilled in copper pot stills using both modern column and traditional pot still methods.
