Olmeca - Altos Plata

Olmeca Altos is made in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, where the cooler temperatures and red clay soil produce agave with a distinctly sweet, herbal character. The Plata is the unaged blanco expression, distilled in copper pot stills using both modern column and traditional pot still methods.

In recent years, Altos has become a standard call for tequila cocktails in well-run bars worldwide. At this price, it punches well above its weight.
