Muhak - Good Day Melon Soju

Muhak is one of South Korea's major soju producers, based in Masan in South Gyeongsang province. Good Day is their flagship soju line, and the Melon edition is part of a flavoured series. The base is a diluted, column-distilled grain soju at around 13 percent ABV.

The melon flavour draws on the sweet, honeyed Korean chamoe melon, giving a soft, candy-like profile closer to a lightly sweetened spirit drink than traditional soju. This is the 360 ml size. It is served chilled in small glasses, mixed into soju cocktails, or with Korean barbecue and fried chicken.
