Mirabeau - Rose Gin

Provence-based, so the instincts here are Mediterranean. Serve it over ice before the meal lands, or alongside a spread of charcuterie and olives, where the botanicals and dry, crisp structure cut through fat without competing with the food.

Mirabeau Rose Gin comes from the Provence region of France, made by the family behind the Mirabeau rosé wine estate. It is distilled with juniper, coriander, citrus peel, rose petals and grapes from the Côtes de Provence appellation, and rosé wine from the estate is added during production.

This gives a blush hue and a delicate vinous quality. It is a contemporary style gin. It is used in a gin and tonic garnished with strawberries or rosemary, and in floral cocktails. At 43 percent ABV it is served in mixed drinks or over ice.
