Malfy Gin con Limone is produced at the Torino Distillati distillery in Moncalieri, Italy, a facility with roots dating back to the early twentieth century.

This contemporary Italian gin takes its distinctive character from Amalfi Coast lemons, specifically the prized Sfusato variety known for its intensely aromatic peel and lower acidity. The lemons are hand-peeled and infused alongside a botanical bill that includes juniper, coriander, and angelica.

Unlike classic London Dry gins where juniper dominates, Malfy con Limone places citrus at the forefront while maintaining enough juniper backbone to keep it firmly in gin territory.

The production process involves vacuum distillation, which allows the delicate lemon oils to be captured at lower temperatures, preserving their fresh, bright character. This gin shines in warm weather cocktails.
