Malfy - Gin Con Limone 50ml

Malfy Gin con Limone is produced at the Torino Distillati distillery in Moncalieri, Italy, which has roots in the early twentieth century. It gets its character from Amalfi Coast lemons, specifically the Sfusato variety, known for an aromatic peel and lower acidity.

The lemons are hand-peeled and infused with a botanical bill that includes juniper, coriander and angelica. Citrus is at the front, with a juniper backbone. It uses vacuum distillation, which captures the lemon oils at lower temperatures.

It is used in a Tom Collins, a gin and tonic with a lemon wheel, and a Bee's Knees. This is the 50 ml size.
