Malfy Gin Con Limone is produced by Torino Distillati in the Piedmont region of Italy, where the distillery draws on generations of Italian spirits-making tradition.

This contemporary style gin distinguishes itself through its prominent use of Italian coastal lemons, specifically sfusato amalfitano lemons from the Amalfi Coast, which are hand-peeled and infused alongside a carefully selected botanical bill.

The base includes juniper, coriander, and angelica, but the lemon takes center stage, creating a bright and unmistakably Mediterranean character. The lemons are macerated and then distilled in stainless steel vacuum stills, a method that preserves the delicate citrus oils and results in a remarkably fresh expression.
