Maison Ferrand - Plantation 3 Stars Rum

Plantation 3 Stars is a blended white rum from Maison Ferrand, the Cognac house behind the Plantation range. The name refers to its three Caribbean origins, Trinidad, Jamaica and Barbados. Trinidad provides a clean, lighter base from column distillation. Jamaica adds funky, estery depth from pot still production.

Barbados adds a softer, rounder quality. After distillation the rum is rested briefly and filtered to keep its white rum classification. Maison Ferrand applies the blending approach used in Cognac. At 41.2 percent ABV it is used in a Daiquiri or Ti' Punch.
