Lindemans - Gueuze Cuvee Rene

Traditional Belgian gueuze from Lindemans, one of the old lambic houses in the Pajottenland outside Brussels. This is a blend of aged spontaneously fermented lambics, bone dry, sharply tart, with a funky barnyard edge that softens into green apple and lemon. Not a crowd pleaser. For the customer who already knows what gueuze is, or the one ready to find out what real sour beer tastes like.
