Lamb's White is a blended white rum from the Lamb's brand, which traces to Alfred Lamb, who began blending Caribbean rums in London in the mid-1800s. The country of origin is not specified on the label, and the brand historically drew from Caribbean sources including Trinidad and Barbados. It is column-distilled and filtered to remove colour. It is used in daiquiris, mojitos, Cuba libres and rum punches.
