Jinro - Chamisul Grapefruit Soju

Jinro is produced by HiteJinro, the largest spirits company in South Korea and the maker of the world's best-selling soju brand by volume. Chamisul, which translates loosely as true dew, is its flagship soju line, filtered through bamboo charcoal to reduce harsh congeners.

The distillate is diluted with water and natural flavourings to reach bottling strength, typically around 13 to 14 percent ABV in flavoured variants. The grapefruit expression has a citrus sweetness and mild bitterness. This is the 360 ml size.

It is used for easy mixing, light cocktails and sipping over ice, and in simple citrus highballs.
