J And B Rare

J and B Rare is a blended Scotch whisky created by Justerini and Brooks, a London wine and spirits merchant established in 1749. The blend draws on over 40 single malt and grain whiskies, with an emphasis on Speyside malts including Knockando and Auchroisk.

It was created in the 1930s with a lighter profile than many blended Scotches. The blend is vatted and married in oak casks. It is pale in colour and gentle in character, without heavy peat or smoke. It is served neat or in highballs and whisky cocktails.
