Ish - Non Alc Botanical Gin

ISH Spirits is a Danish producer making non-alcoholic alternatives to spirits. The Botanical Gin uses a proprietary process that extracts flavour compounds from gin botanicals without producing alcohol. The botanicals centre on juniper, with coriander, angelica root, citrus peels and orris root.

ISH uses steam distillation of real botanicals rather than sweeteners or artificial flavouring. It has juniper character. It is used in gin and tonics, martini-style drinks and spritzes. Without ethanol it has less viscosity and a lighter body than traditional gin. This is a 750 ml bottle.
