Innis and Gunn is a Scottish brewery founded in Edinburgh in 2003, built on aging beer in wood. The Caribbean Rum Cask is a blonde ale matured in barrels previously used to age Caribbean rum. The rum cask adds vanilla, coconut and toffee notes to the malt base. It is a beer, not a rum. It comes in 330 ml cans or bottles in a six-pack. It is imported.
