Ile Sauvage Brewing - Maiiz Lager

Lager from Ile Sauvage, one of Vancouver's more serious fermentation-focused breweries. This one is brewed with maize and drinks clean and light with a faint corn sweetness that actually works in its favour. Not a flashy beer. It's the kind of thing you reach for when you want something cold and easy that was still made with some intention. Good patio option at this price point.
