iichiko Silhouette is a honkaku shochu from Sanwa Shurui in Usa City, Oita, Japan, made from barley, barley koji and spring water. It is bottled at 25% ABV. The producer's export sheet lists green apple and pineapple flavours, and the producer suggests it with hot water or water.
