Havana Club - 3 Year Old Anejo

Havana Club is produced at the Cuba Ron Corporation distillery complex in Santa Cruz del Norte, east of Havana, with roots going back to 1878. The Añejo 3 Año is the entry expression of the lineup.

Cuban rum production uses column distillation from molasses-based sugarcane, giving a clean, relatively light spirit, aged in American oak barrels for a minimum of three years in the warm, humid climate, which speeds maturation. This is the 1.14 L size. It is used in a Mojito or Cuba Libre, and sipped over ice.
