Goslings Black Seal Rum

Gosling's Black Seal Rum is produced by Gosling Brothers in Bermuda, a family company with roots back to 1806. Black Seal is a blend of pot still and column still rums aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels, with a rich, molasses-forward character. It is bottled at 40 percent ABV.

It is the defining ingredient in the Dark and Stormy cocktail, made with ginger beer, a combination Gosling's holds a trademark on. The deep brown colour comes from the barrel. It is used in cocktails and served over ice.
