Franken Silvaner or Müller-Thurgau country, bottled in the traditional Bocksbeutel if Weigand is running true to form. The broad, earthy, low-acid character of Franken whites makes them unusually good with roasted root vegetables, white asparagus, or anything from the oven where a leaner Riesling would feel out of place.
