Forty Creek - Barrel Select

Forty Creek Barrel Select comes from the Forty Creek Distillery in Grimsby, Ontario. John Hall founded the distillery in 1992. Each grain, corn, rye and barley, is distilled separately and aged in hand-selected barrels, and blended only after maturation.

Barrel Select is aged in once-used bourbon barrels and finished in sherry casks. Notes include caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and toasted oak, with gentle rye spice. At 40 percent ABV. It has won numerous awards at international spirits competitions.
