Flor De Cana 12 Year Old Centenario

Flor de Caña is produced at the Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua distillery in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua, a family-owned operation that has made rum continuously since 1890.

The Centenario 12 Year Old is slow-aged in American white oak barrels that previously held bourbon, in the natural heat of Nicaragua, without artificial colours or sugar. The 12 year age statement reflects barrel time. Column distillation gives a clean backbone, and the wood adds dried fruit, baking spice and vanilla.

It is served neat, over a single large ice cube or in rum cocktails.
