Espolon Reposado

Espolon is produced in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco at San Nicolas Distillery, where the cooler temperatures and distinct red clay soil of the highland terroir produce blue agave of particular sweetness and aromatic intensity.

The Reposado rests for a minimum of six months in new American white oak bourbon barrels, building on the fresh agave character of the blanco with vanilla, light caramel, and a gentle warmth from the wood.
