Espolon Blanco

Espolon Blanco is the unaged expression from the San Nicolas Distillery in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, bottled directly after distillation to preserve the fresh, pure agave character that highland growing conditions produce.

The blue agave grown in these red clay soils at altitude develops a natural sweetness and aromatic intensity that makes the blanco an excellent benchmark for what tequila tastes like before wood enters the picture.
