El Tequileño is produced in the city of Tequila, Jalisco, by the El Tequileño distillery. The Blanco is the unaged expression, with the lowland valley agave character of the Tequila valley, earthier, more herbal and slightly drier than highland tequilas. It is made in small batches by a traditional approach.
