El Enemigo Cabernet Franc

Mendoza Cabernet Franc from one of Argentina's most serious small producers. The variety's natural savouriness and firm but fine tannin make it the right call for lamb chops or anything off the grill, where a heavier Malbec would flatten the char rather than frame it.
