Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin comes from The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland, where master distiller PJ Rigney crafts spirits using a distinctive copper pot still and vapor infusion process.

This Sardinian Citrus expression builds on the original Gunpowder Irish Gin recipe, which takes its name from the slow-dried Gunpowder tea that serves as a signature botanical. The base formula incorporates Asian-inspired elements including oriental botanicals alongside juniper, meadowsweet, and caraway seed.

For this limited edition, the distillery adds citrus sourced from Sardinia, bringing bright Mediterranean character to the established Irish gin profile. The result is a contemporary style gin that balances traditional juniper notes with tea-derived complexity and enhanced citrus brightness.
